I am currently the CFO of Mascom Communications, Inc. and Scrubtastic! Medical Uniforms. This is a new position for both companies due to their growth over the past several years. I served as the CPA for both companies for 15+ years with my previous employer and am very happy to now be a member of their team! I specialized in providing outsourced accounting services to small- and mid-sized companies who looked to control operating costs, improve company focus, and streamline their operations. My outsourced accounting services included bookkeeping, appropriation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and payroll assistance. Some common problems I helped clients navigate and solve included cash flow issues, timely bill payments, and preparation of financial statements, as well as controlling operating costs. I also served clients as an outsourced controller and reviewed financial information and operations, identified current problems, instituted improved financial and internal control systems, and maintained operations via consultation and services on a monthly basis. As an outsourced controller, I saved my clients time, allowing them to focus on operations without the hassle of maintaining the financial information. Additionally, I provided family office and business management services for high net worth individuals, including tax compliance, document management and record keeping, expense management, bill pay, and bookkeeping services.
