Recruiters are busy. Like, really busy. We noticed they spend a lot of time wrestling (sometimes unsuccessfully) with created resumes in a variety of formats. Editing, removing personal information and branding resumes took too much valuable time away from recruiters. As staffing owners and managers, we also saw how much money was spent sourcing and screening candidates. Job boards, postings, ATS systems, drug screening and background checks. Most firms spend thousands of dollars each month to find candidates, most of whom won’t be hired. Finally, we noticed that in most cases, the only thing we presented to our clients was a poorly formatted piece of paper with a logo on it. We invested nothing presenting candidates resumes to our clients after spending so much to find candidates.So we decided to do something about it.
