Management of the Independent, Scottish, Welsh, Isuzu, Scania and DAF Apprenticeship programmes. Duties• Liaise with funding bodies as required• Set, agree and deliver all budgets• Recruitment and training of all new team members• Performance management to ensure achievement of all targets• Oversee the recruitment process to deliver new learners into key vacancies across the programmes• Manage the successful delivery of Apprenticeship programmes to ensure achievement of all learning aims and eventual achievement of qualification by individuals• Responsible for audit and control and ethics adherence of all staff• Responsible for management of pipeline, new starters and achievers

Duties• Supervise and monitor all learners on programme• Set targets in accordance with timely completions of key learning aims and ensure all relevant documentation is completed• Support learners in a college and workplace environment• Actively worked with local businesses to create further opportunities for potential Apprentices
