CurrentHaving moved from Mouchel and Partners I joined McCarthy Bainbridge Partnership in 1985 and worked up through the ranks to eventually buying out the Sole Senior Partner in 1991. As Principal Partner I then took over another Practice called David Hollis Partnership in 1997 and merged the two to become MBH Partnership , we subsequently became limited in 2013.Our core business is what I call Commercial Architecture and Project Management. We work extensively in the Retail , Mixed Use and Commercial sectors for the likes of Tesco Stores , Waitrose, McDonalds ,Regus ,Teamsport Shell UK Ltd, BP and many Property Developers.The other side of our Business is Private Client Property Management . Over the years we have built up a trusted network of High Networth Clients to whom we offer a range of Property Management and Cost Consultancy Services for their Personal Property Portfolio's , both in the UK and Overseas . This has lead us to designing and managing some fantastic projects including Castles in Ireland , Batteries and Exclusive Villas in the South of France, Country Mansions , Water Towers in BedfordPshire and Penthouse Apartments in the City to name but a few.We offer a very bespoke Property Project Management Concierge Service for these clients which cannot be found elsewhere.
