With over 20 years engineering leadership experience; from developing an auto-scaling IoT cloud to support Millions of Dyson connected machines, building the worlds most powerful Robot Vacuum, through to automating electricity networks in rural Africa. I love collaborating with people to achieve great results and am as comfortable discussing long term strategy with the C-suite as I am to delving into complex problems to help coach and support individual engineers. I am chartered electronics engineer, regular international software conference speaker and Guinness cycling world record holder. I have managed and led large cross functional software development teams across the UK, South East Asia, China, Middle East & Africa.
