Profile bio

About Andy Neuschatz

Product-focused technologist and engineering manager with a track record of successes: Four acquisitions, including two by Fortune-100 companies and one IPO. I am familiar with issues unique to companies starting with a blank slate, a small staff, and an urgent need for impressive results. Duties have included software architecture, technology selection, coding, hiring, and project management.I have been creating Web sites and Internet-based software systems since the Internet was first opened to commercial use, in 1993. I have helped a variety of companies take their Internet plans from drawing board to fully implemented, high-performance software systems, often on very compressed schedules.I have thrived in “bridge” roles, working with product managers, domain experts, and other non techies to translate business needs into manageable technical projects. I am equally fluent in English and techno-geek. (I speak Japanese, Spanish, and French too.)

Listed skills include Agile Methodologies, User Experience, Software Development, Javascript, and 18 others.
