As a Fellow ACCA member, Accredited Tax Practitioner (SCTP), ASEAN CPA, and Chartered Accountant (both in Malaysia & Singapore), he possesses a diverse set of qualifications.Andy's work involves conducting critical reviews and analyses of financial statements, assessing underlying business models, internal controls, and risk management procedures. He also provides training to the assurance department.Andy has led several Initial Public Offering ("IPO") engagements in Australia and Malaysia, resulting in successful listings on SGX. He has also served as a reporting accountant for Reverse Takeovers (“RTO”).Additionally, Andy led advisory engagements in Myanmar, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He assisted in preparing full sets of annual reports and conglomerate & Pro Forma consolidations, resulting in the first listed company in Yangon Stock Exchange.Furthermore, Andy is responsible for handling portfolios of listed companies in NASDAQ (PCAOB Audit), SGX, BURSA market, multinational companies, and local companies in various industries, including trading, fintech, crypto and blockchain, manufacturing of consumer and chemical products, retail chain restaurants, services, mining, oil and gas, developer, and construction.Andy's expertise lies in strong financial reporting knowledge, particularly in IFRS, and the identification of internal control design and operating weaknesses.
