In Christchurch - and New Zealand - it is still all about who you know, you know?Over 15 years in the industry, and I still love recruitment. The people, the pace, and the constant learning lead to interesting days and insightful conversations. Originally from the UK, it seems I recruit more people in to NZ from overseas, than who are already here! An indication of the buoyancy of the NZ economy, and the attractions of the country to those leading frantic lives in busy places.
