CurrentMy remit is to lead teams focused on product development, product management, fund platform governance, client servicing, cashflow management and operational risk management, as well as valuation / NAV production, fund treasury and tax. I manage a budget in the tens of millions of dollars and direct a team of 26 people, supporting a business with $200BN in AUM. I have been charged with developing the operating model and addressing challenges, following a change of fund administrator and establishment of Dublin office that was further complicated by the COVID crisis, driving an urgent need for a rapid move to automation and the facilitation of remote working.
