I hold a St John Ambulance Emergency Transport Attendant qualification in addition to my BTEC Emergency Response Driver qualification. I am part of the casual bank staff for Ambulance Operations, either providing Front Line Emergency Ambulance support to the East of England Ambulance Trust, or non urgent, routine patient transfers.

I am a casual relief driver for the Acute Neonatal Transfer Service based at the Rosie Hospital.I am responsible for driving the ambulance, transporting a Registrar and Senior Neonatal Nurse, to respond to Neonatal emergencies within the East of England area. This involves either driving under emergency conditions with blue lights and sirens, or driving under normal road conditions.The team will transfer babies using specialist equipment and a mobile incubator between the different hospitals, moving babies to receive care at specialist hospitals, or transferring them back to hospitals nearer their home.

Part of the Messaging & Communications team, my last project involved leading the migration of a world wide user base to the new Exchange 2013 email platform. I was part of the design team that designed the new BT Group email infrastructure on a vBlock platform, looking specifically at PowerShell scripting for repeatable server builds and upgrades, and server monitoring. I had previously been responsible for the design and deployment of the Exchange 2007 infrastructure, leading the team that migrated the entire BT user base to Exchange 2007 from an ageing Exchange 2003 platform. I also provided Subject Matter Expertise on Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 to the Operational Support Teams.

I led a team developing repeatable solutions for Microsoft Unified Communications. This involved technical support to the BT Product team on Microsoft Office Communications Server and Microsoft Exchange

Working as a Lead TDA supporting IT Outsourcing contracts within BT Global Services. My area of expertise was the Microsoft Back Office infrastructure supporting the users end desktop.Experience of the Local Government, Education and NHS sectors.

TDA role to support bespoke designs in support of BIS external contracts. I was also involved in the initial stages and design of the BIS Subscription Computing Platform, taking a lead role in the design of the BIS Management Platform.I was nominated Microsoft Exchange Engineer as part of the Cisco Gold Partner programme within BIS
