As a day 1 "Hopper" I was responsible for building the technology, network topology, and automation early on in the business and later transitioned into building operations teams to run all SingleHop data centers, networks and help desk that consisted of over 90 team members across 6 locations• Grew data center footprint to over 10,000 servers, approximately 15,000 sqft and 3MW across 11 locations• Leveraged key technologies in the back-end infrastructure and product offerings• Implemented new network topology design, data center rack/power design & technology vendor selection• Introduced leading-edge technology to employees to deliver early architecture design of automation that drove significant cost savings in employee base and service delivery• Led system and team integrations and was responsible for technical due diligence for two SingleHop acquisitions (2014 and 2015)• Led 175 employees in six locations with proven annualized revenue growth of $49 millionKey accomplishments:• SingleHop named one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America for 8 consecutive years• SingleHop named Veeam Cloud & Service Provider Strategic Partner of the Year – 2017• SingleHop Named to Crain’s “Fast 50” List for Third Year; Company Honored for Strong Year-over-Year Performance• SingleHop Named to CRN’s 2016 Solutions Provider 500 List; Fourth Honor from CRN in 201

Worked with all resellers associated with HTTPme to solve their technical issues via the ticketing system.

Primary responsibility was to maintain the integrity of the CommuniTech network by monitoring all servers and remedying any failures or outages that may have arose. Working with virtual and dedicated hosting customers via the ticket system.

In charge of the various mirrors that HomeISP hosted (including TuCows), and troubleshooting dial up customer problems via the WorldGroup v3.0 interface. Job duties also included everything from troubleshooting business computer networks to fixing residential printer issues. Later on, I helped deploy city-wide wireless networks that HomeISP took on as a way to grow their business and reach to potential IP customers.
