Developed and managed relationships with clients in the Chicago area; trained clients on how to use the Connected Living website and get the most out of the Connected Living program; troubleshooted and resolved issues for clients; trained my employees on all facets of their jobs; sometimes used WebEx to conduct remote training sessions.In addition to my normal responsibilities, I helped lead the following successful, innovative initiatives: tablet computer program for senior citizens (in partnership with HP); and the keepsake book program for senior citizens (see more below). Because of my team's success in the Chicago area, our client Brookdale Senior Living (the largest provider of senior housing in the country) decided to significantly expand its business with our company. Our program is now in California, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Florida and more.

For ShareYourStoryNow.org, I helped define and execute content & marketing goals and strategies. We used storytelling (we shared users’ stories) to inspire people and increase donations.

Was at the top of the sub list because I was liked and respected by kids and teachers.

I helped lead a spiritual community of about 100 young adults while I earned a master's degree in transformational leadership. After I graduated, I realized I didn't want to be a pastor. Sigh.

Among other accomplishments, I crafted the user experience for the award-winning website Sealy.com (the consumer site for Sealy, the top-selling mattress company in the world). Specifically I was responsible for research, strategy, information architecture, usability, content development and copywriting. A website visitor described the site as “one of the best, if not the best, and most helpful product information websites I have ever visited.”

I wore many hats; here's one example: Under my leadership, we built and launched an e-card application to give shoppers a fun way to tell their friends about ChristianSuperstore.com.

Continued to test innovative content formats and developed a popular message boards area for Christians (it was one of the most popular gathering places for Christians online, and it was the most popular content area on Crosswalk.com, in terms of page views).Bottom line: I learned that it takes a poop-load of work to create and nurture an online community, and it can be very fun and rewarding.

Ahhh…the early days of the Web. I created an online sports magazine and focused on engaging my audience through interactive content areas, such as “Ask the Expert,” where users submitted interview questions.
