I joined Bartlett in 1987 from the government’s Export Credit Guarantee Department (ECGD). I have over 35 years experience within Trade Credit Insurance, 2-3 of which were spent establishing the Bartlett Credit Insurance operation in the U.S. (Philadelphia office). I am a graduate member of the Institute of Credit Management and am responsible for the servicing of key account clients as well as the development of new business. I also provide advice and assistance in relation to Trade Finance, Surety and Bonding.

Primary objectives: Developing relationships with the Carriers and key influencers including Banks & financiers, Developing new business opportunities. Raise product awareness as well as the Bartlett business profile.

Administrative support to the Account Managers within ECGD (Export Credits Guarantee Dept) - and achieving temporary promotion to Clerical Officer within this Governement department.
