I provide executive leadership and career transformation coaching programs focused on growth and transition periods for both individuals and organizations. My approach is integrated, inviting clients to explore multiple aspects of self - intellect, emotion, somatic - in order to cultivate increasingly fruitful relationships, have more effective conversations and make more impactful decisions both daily and long-term. Prior to full-time coaching, I spent nearly 15 years as a sales and business development leader at both established and growth tech companies, including Google, Foursquare, Blue State Digital and Placed (acquired by Snapchat, then Foursquare). In these roles, my primary responsibilities were to be an outward face of the organization, lead sales teams, sell complex technologies in an effective and digestible fashion, and develop relationships with executives. I also coached and mentored colleagues at various levels throughout the years. I received a B.A. in English literature from the University of Michigan and graduated from ICF-accredited Newfield Network's Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program. I hold an PCC credential via the International Coach Federation (ICF). I'm also a Certified Team Coach (via Global Team Coaching Institute) and am a Certified Sparketype Advisor (CSA). I live in Brooklyn, with my wife, two children and Havanese!
