My journey began with onboarding, training, and supporting our customers in the UK and EIRE. As our software offering has grown, I’ve transitioned into a Product Manager role, now overseeing integrated systems both within ECI and externally across the EU and USA.In this role, I collaborate closely with development, customer success teams and our users to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. My focus is on driving innovation, aligning our solutions with market needs, and ensuring our partners and customers maximise the value of our offerings.Key Responsibilities:➤Serve as the primary contact for key partners, ensuring they fully leverage our software.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance their product experience.➤Act as a bridge between customer success, product support, and development teams for seamless communication.➤Ensure timely responses to issues, coordinating between customer success and product support.➤Collaborate with customers and teams to optimise API usage and address queries.➤Provide support in triaging bugs and creating detailed documentation for resolution.➤Partner with third-party developers to scope and implement integrations and new features.➤Communicate new developments across customer success and product teams.➤Lead the development of new features from scoping through to UX, testing, and delivery.➤Manage and enhance external documentation on product features and related content.My role is not just about managing products; it's about creating value, fostering innovation, and ensuring that every solution we deliver aligns with the evolving needs of our customers and partners.
