• Leading the Talent Acquisition team of 6 in Malaysia which includes work allocation, planning and prioritisation for talent pipeline, people and performance management & hiring strategy and directly reporting to TA Director (APAC).• Individual contributor to all business groups in the designated APAC region covering, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia & India (Chennai, Bangalore & Gurgaon) • Source candidates with both traditional and non-traditional methods such as direct sourcing (Social media, Blogs & Networking), creating strategic advertisements, internal database, associations and job boards • Support client managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function and their headcount approval. • Manage resource and talent planning, including forecasting of supply and demand, as well as engagement and retention plans for business. • Meeting prospective new clients along with Business Development Manager and support the introduction of TA Services.• Proactively meeting the key stakeholders on a regular basis to build effective working relationships with the business in order to help them on their talent needs.• Full-life cycle recruitment and candidate pipeline generation for all levels and types of positions
