About Andrew Poole

I am a hardworking individual able to adapt to different roles using my varied skill set and always aim to complete work to a high standard. I consider myself to be a team player, but having said that I have no problem's in leading by example to get the job done. During my time in RMX concrete I have completed a level 2 Diploma in concrete production, a level 4 Diploma in concrete technology through the University of Derby and I have become IOSH certified and am able to manage safety, safely.In my current position I have a responsibility to oversee the day to day running of 6 concrete plants working on what is currently Europe's largest infrastructure project in HS2. I am responsible for site audits, ensuring compliance in all areas from quality, health, safety and environment. Ensuring processes are followed, new processes rolled out correctly and adhered to. Clear and concise communication is maintained at all times internally, with clients and customers alike. I am heavily involved in problem solving and planning which is a skill I had, but has developed significantly with the ever changing forecasts within the project.
