My current programme spans four continents (Americas, Europe, Australasia and Asia) and primarily encompasses initiatives in both social care governance and IT business systems. With a diverse set of skills and qualifications I have a sound aptitude for the oversight of large scale change initiatives from modelling stages, through design, consultation, build and delivery of business benefits. I have a background in multi-site management including premises acquisition, refurbishment and disposal plus sound experience in project and global programme management including end-to-end budget control, risk management and customer/stakeholder retention. I also have a strong experience in operational service delivery and technical IT systems from conception through to build and systems support. Other duties also include business analysis, strategic vision, objectives and performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement and business process improvement.
