As an approachable and driven self-starter, I have gained considerable operational and executive-level experience across a range of disciplines including facilities and fleet management, leadership, service development and quality, partnerships & collaboration and executive governance in a range of U.K. & International perspectives. Added to this underpinning experience, I have over 15 years’ experience in the field of project/programme management, being a registered practitioner in PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, PRAM10 and most recently, having also completed ILM Level-5 diploma in Leadership and Management. I lead on development & delivery of corporate strategy, group-wide data-driven innovation, business process mapping, refinement and business change management in brand, national, international and cross-cultural contexts. I have significant exposure to stakeholders from government through to external users and lead on systems, strategies and innovations to enhance relations and synergy between business and stakeholders. My skillset is best suited to dynamic, fast paced environments where I can take ownership of issues, blockers and business ideas through solution development, delivery and into business as usual. I passionately believe that just because something presents as risky, hasn’t been done before or doesn’t seem possible, within a controlled environment, anything can be achieved, especially through the application of data-driven insight and decision-making.In order to continually learn, enhance my experience and also give back to the community where I grew up, I also sit as Independent Panel member on the Cleveland P&CC quarterly Audit Committee (previously the Police Authority) and Standards, Ethics & Police Reform Boards, whereby I provide independent commercial, strategic and quality governance and scrutiny to the board of Cleveland Police and the Cleveland Police & Crime Commissioner, ensuring financial, strategic and governance oversight of the force remains in-line with legislative, local and community requirements.Personally, I enjoy property renovation, outdoor activities, being a keen skier and spending much of my spare time travelling across the UK and primarily the Lake District walking and climbing, complimenting my other passion which involves providing foster care for in-need and abandoned dogs as volunteer with the Blue Cross Animal Rescue Centre.
