SHIELD, inclusion unit and a de-escalation programme.Our de-escalation programme (Resolve365) will empower staff (teachers and youth workers) to work with confrontational/aggressive students in a positive & proactive manner. This training is presently delivered nationally to foster parents & social workers. We partner with world leaders in the personal safety world to bring you the best education, strategies & skills and have the pleasure of working with local authorities around the country. Recently we have been chosen to deliver de-escalation & personal safety training into a leading Primary Health Care Trust. Our parents resources empowers parents to teach personal safety skills & strategies to their children.
