I am responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development for fast-growing, $850m credit union with 9 branches in Western Washington. I manage an exceptional 10-person team to drive measurable growth through effective branding, traditional media (television, radio, outdoor, print), digital marketing, B2B, PR and event marketing.In 2017 we coordinated a full rebrand, with new logo and updates to all branches and channels. We also added staff and resources to better leverage MCIF and CRM for product strategy, customer insights, campaign results, targeting and segmentation, and analytics.The credit union has earned winning partnerships and publicity through our commitment financial inclusiveness, becoming Seattle’s first CU to earn the Juntos Avanzamos partner designation, receiving CDFI certification, and also Low Income Designation from the National Credit Union Association.
