Lifestyle Brands: COVA Pasticceria, Laline, Yoshinoya, ZONE.Creative Work Scope•Handle daily requisition and execution of in-store signage for in-house brands.•Conceptualize and design BTL collaterals for product signage, ad-hoc promo & atrium sales.•Design vouchers/coupons for promotional events and offers for in-house brands.•Conceptualize and layout brochure, flyer for UNIQLO Singapore.•Conceptualize and design large format visual communications for hoarding, shopping mall POP, billboard, light box, glass door, escalator, pillar, SMRT wall.•Design electronics mailers, Facebook post & cover banner, digital media advertising panel.•Slicing and basic coding for html electronics mailers.•Design executive Press kits for new seasonal launch•Design recruitment collateral for Corporate Human Resource department for recruitment events.People Management•Assist Senior Graphics Manager in guiding junior staffs to achieve good standard of design and layout and developing staff to take in more brand ownership & responsibilities in daily duties and welfare to further enhance relationship and leadership skills.•Delegate jobs and supervise junior staffs based on the understanding of individual’s strength and weakness.•Cultivated good working relationships with staff of all levels from managerial to shop floor staffs.Office Management•Administrator for department Adobe Creative Cloud account management of 15 Users. Ensure all computer are updated and in working conditions. •Liaising with outsource printers and suppliers to ensure quality work and meet all timeline requirement.
