The role at Crane was to design and implement a company wide CRM application taking into account the needs of Sales, Support and Finance. This included the re aligning of business processes as well as deploying the CRM platform. I also had to develope and promote the internal marketing of CRM within the company working with senior management to win the hearts and minds battle across the workforce.
