I defined the business development strategy: product structure, hiring policy, tax and back-office issues. I managed the economics of products/business: P&L, unit economics. I optimized landing page conversions, developed a funnel, and automated CRM communications.Until 2022, I had a consulting track (worked as a psychologist with entrepreneurs and managers). Certified in group psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalytic counseling.I adapted the "professional services" content strategy to the sale of educational services - lead generation, lead nurturing, content marketing program. I attracted clients: created landing pages (Tilda), organized and conducted sales webinars, set up targeted advertising (VK + FB), set up chatbot auto-funnels (Bothelp), created chains of sales letters (Sendpulse), launched online courses from scratch (Telegram + YouTube).I developed a project of educational consulting "Corporate Practice" at the master's program "Psychoanalytic Coaching and Business Consulting". I organized research in the field of a psychoanalytic approach to leadership and organizational development.
