Here at Epicor I lead the Product Marketing organisation across our International region covering UK&I, EMEA, MENA&I, Asia and ANZ. I also have the pleasure of heading up our excellent Global Competitive and Market Intelligence team. Together we focus on delivering the Data, Insights and Stories that influence strategic direction and go to market across the entire organisation.

As the global marketing lead for this portfolio I set out the go to market strategy for the Pitney Bowes 'Identify' software solutions. Responsible for global Product Marketing for Translation Productivity delivering the most exciting and comprehensive language technologies solutions in the industry. Including creating and delivering go to market plans, well constructed messaging and mind engaging collateral. Also responsible for bringing the customer voice into SDL by staying current with customer views, user personas, market trends and competitors' attempts to keep up!

Delivering a young product to new markets requires constant measurement against customer expectation and alternative solutions. As Product Marketing Manager I brought together marketing theory with experience gained in real sales and delivery scenarios of SmartPoint. This was an essential role in the early development of this innovative and exciting technology.

SmartPoint Technologies has developed a completely new and innovative approach to information delivery by creating an application reactive sidebar.This role involved creating and delivering the launch strategy of SmartPoint and subsequent sales into market sectors such as Local Government, IT Distribution and Telecoms.
