Ripley Machine is an ISO Certified machine shop providing production CNC Turning and Swiss Machining as well as Centerless and Internal Grinding. We have been in business for over 50 years. Our shop is broken up into two divisions, the grinding division and the machining division. Our grinding division has a variety of centerless, internal and center grinders to best meet your needs. Our machining division is a production job shop with a focus on CNC Turned products primarily for the valve industry. We tend to be a mid-size (quantity and size) production shop but we are very flexible in order to best serve our customers. We recognize the growing focus on cost reduction in the manufacturing industry and we strive to find ways to be the most competitive quote our customers receive. While we understand the need to give our customers a low price on their outsourced product, we also recognize that the cost of a part to our customer comes down to more than the number on the purchase order. Our focus on quality, on time delivery and customer service has earned us preferred vendor status with many of our customers. Our customers know that when they need a product done in a certain time, Ripley Machine always delivers. We also understand the costs of a bad part or a late delivery may cost our customer exponentially. Another way we find that we can save our customer some money while better serving them is through communication. I encourage any customer to call me personally with any concerns.
