Providing Statistical Data Analysis to Salford City Councils Children's Services Directorate. Managing Pupil Level Data to ensure accurate funding applications.

Contracted as lead officer to kick-start the e-Forms project within Warrington Borough Council. The initial stages of this project required the configuration of a DMZ and a SQL server to allow e-Form deployment on both the councils Internet and Intranet sites.Create and gain Management Board approval on standard design templates to be used in all of the e-Forms developed within the Council.To develop the councils paper based forms into intelligent e-forms using the MandoForms Software. To develop a menu structure to allow forms to be categorised and accessed via the website in accordance with the LGSL Category Listings. Prioritise the form development to ensure the Council attain marks based upon the BVPI 157 indicator using the ESD Toolkit.To ensure that relevant updates to both the development software and DMZ server are applied in a timely manor.

Contracted as a developer to convert Bury Metropolitan Borough Councils paper based customer facing forms into web enabled e-forms for collecting and collating data normally processed by hand. Utilising an electronic forms package (AchieveForms) for the main development and processing of the forms.Advising on the infrastructure/maintenance required to deliver the forms via the Authorities Website. Prioritise the form development to ensure the Council attain marks based upon the BVPI 157 indicator using the ESD Toolkit.Undertake accurate load/stress testing to ensure system stability in a live environment.

Creation/Administration of the Agency DHTML SQL based Intranet and continual development of the Agency websites moving from a static html based site to a SQL driven CMS site.Part of the development team on the Agency 'Pensions Online' project, to move the administration and updates of 1.3 million members records of the NHS Pensions Agency to a Web Based Application, including SSL Web Security, Secure Logon for Members/Employers, updating SQL records from Web front end and providing members benefit statements online and in Word format.

Responsible for the administration of the pension records for members of the NHS Pensions Scheme. The Scheme is one of the largest in Europe with over 1.3 million active members. Responsibility includes Payment of Benefits, Estimate of Benefits, Transfer of Benefits both into and out of the Scheme and Refunds of Contributions all being done in line with the Schemes Regulations and Government Guidelines. Also dealing with members questions/enquiries by phone and letter and ensuring replies are sent out by the date required by strict Government Targets.
