Our vision is to transform education globally. We are working with schools, school districts, states and countries to transform education. We see this transformation happening as we work with educators to create a shared vision of the future and then pull pieces of that future into the present. Our approach is called “Profound Learning” which is a model of learning that we believe will change how we educate children, young adults, professionals and organizations. We begin with leadership, usually at the district level, to elicit a shared vision of their future. We work with them to implement that future through professional teacher development as well as providing teachers with the tools for designing engaging and effective “learning adventures”. We believe that education should be a place where everyone is experiencing the joy of learning. We believe that schools should be graduating young adults that are “Future Ready.” We have a comprehensive solution for realizing this exciting future.Our solution consists of transformation workshops, teacher professional development, and a unique software platform that support our model of Profound Learning.
