The Director of Operations for DAI Commercial is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of land acquisition, planning, entitlement, infrastructure development, and project execution. This role involves strategic leadership to ensure that land development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. In this role, the Director manages teams, coordinate with government agencies, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and sales, to drive the successful development of land for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

DAI is Utah's foremost land developer. The Director of Project Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management within the organization. This leadership role involves strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily projects while managing and mentoring a team of project managers. This role ensures that projects align with business objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, and adhere to high-quality standards. This role also involves establishing and refining project management processes, tools, and best practices to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Intermountain Dental Associates IDA currently owns or is affiliated with seventeen general practices and two specialty practices in five counties spanning 150 miles of the Wasatch Front in Northern Utah.The Operations Director played a critical role to the success of these clinics though defining and implementing organizational strategy, systems, and values that directed the direction of each clinic.

I am responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships between Intermountain Healthcare and our laboratory clients in Utah Valley and on a regional basis in Nevada and Montana. My function is to retain all current clients while looking for areas where I could generate additional business and revenue.

As a clinic manager, I was responsible to help provided the highest quality of care for patients as processes as implemented to ensure that care was given in a standardized process. Strong leadership skills allowed me to create a team-oriented clinic as we prepared for the changes in healthcare, by generating all available resources such as Mental Health providers, Care Managers, Nursing staff & providers to insure the best quality of care.

As a coding consultant, I developed valuable skills as a consultant advocating between insurance payers and healthcare providers to ensure accurate coding is performed while capturing all the revenue/RVU’s associated with the services performed. I also worked closely with clinic managers and operation directors to develop processes that created financial value and affected the bottom line of the budgets while increasing customer satisfaction. I was able to learn and develop team skills while successfully completing team-oriented projects to establish system-wide training's for thousands of employees across Intermountain Healthcare.

As a Project manager, we sought and developed business in new markets, and increase revenue through existing business by implementing JIT strategies. I Successfully completed all projects within the scope, budget, and time to help Stallings Construction save thousands of dollars. Managed multiple contractors at one time to successfully completing successful projects. Developed strong estimating and scheduling skills to help manage and successfully complete all projects.

As an account manager, I established marketing campaigns for clients who depended upon me for marketing success. I was responsible to determine demographics, create projections, analyze campaign success, and following-up with each campaign with a post-campaign analysis. My job was dependent upon my projections, and final analysis.
