When Country Manager of Cisco Training partner, PROIN Spain, our team achieved 35% market share in the first 18 months of opening this new enterprise.Since establishing ELP in 2003 as a business Facilitator & Resultant™, I have assisted organisations to develop their sales representatives’ and managers’ professional skills. As a certified facilitator of IBM’s Global Sales School, I was responsible for training hundreds of IBM new-hires from Sweden to South Africa over a period of 8 years. Other clients include Nasdaq, Hitachi Vantara, Malta Airport, and Alshaya Enterprises, Kuwait, where I designed and delivered the Alshaya Sales Academy across the Middle East region. I live on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales with my wife Pamela. I'm keen on keeping fit, yoga, meditation, running, cycling and sea kayaking. Working in 6 month blocks through a variety of departments my training was focused on gas turbine design for aero applications and quality assurance. Following this I worked for one year as a Quality Technician while becoming the Chairman of the Rolls Royce Apprentice Association (volunteer trainees at all levels in sport and community service) - this taste of leadership in a corporate setting never leaves you.
