• Working with client TCS Interacting with all the TA Managers and TA on daily basis. • Attending all the meetings set up by TCS Managers for clarifications on positions and taking care of Q&A. • Daily calls with TA for new & exclusive requirements and follow-ups on submitted & selected candidates. • Love to have team meetings daily for a better understanding of positions and for selected and rejected candidate’s status and about the team strategy. • Targeting to achieve the targets set up by my company and by the TCS Managers on monthly basis. • Allocating targets of 15 Days to all my team members including me and trying to achieve it within the given 15 Days.• I do make sure that we are submitting quantity with quality profiles within the range to our client for increasing our chances to get the business in good numbers. • Handling all types of escalations related to candidate's onboarding issues, billings, or payments-related issues.

• Successfully source, identify, interview, and place technical consultants in positions with Implementation Partner TCS, Genpact Canada etc.• Recruitment of US IT professionals for onsite US projects, involving resource & screening of technical resumes, taking preliminary technical interviews, negotiating pay rates/ contracts and making offers to selected US candidates• Utilize proprietary applicant tracking system CAT, Job Diva to source and document all potential candidates as well as active and former consultants.• Sourcing the candidates through Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch and Job Diva.• Working on several kinds of several skill sets like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Quality Analyst, BA, PM, Service Now etc.• Technical Recruitment,1099, C2C, W2, IT Staffing, H1B, US IT Staffing, Interviewing, Shortlisting, GC EAD, CPT EAD, OPT EAD.

• Source candidates through online tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, X ray search, Boolean search, Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs etc. etc.• Sourcing Profiles for requirement on a whole gamut of technologies including Sun, Microsoft, Oracle Apps, People-soft, Data-warehousing, Quality, Testing, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Architect, SAP, IT Infrastructure, Data Center, ColdFusion etc.• Requirement gathering and analyzing the requisites of the opening as per the requirement.• Searching the exact match for the requirement on Job Portals / Taking references from candidates / Professional networking sites.• Analyzing the requirement carefully and running it through the resume of the candidates.• Interacting with the candidates over telephone, as per the requisites and understanding their knowledge to the requirement.• Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, Skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to making hiring decision.• Developing and maintaining MIS, Requisitions sheets & Tracking Sheets.• Consolidating & organizing Recruitment Database.• Negotiating & closing Offers & post offer hand-holding.
