With 4 partners founded a design group with offices in Milan, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo which has been designing and producing industrial design objects for the lighting industry in China, for export to Japan. Winsome Italia, with 70 employees in 3 offices in Italy, was part of a European network with offices in Belgium, UK, Germany, Monte Carlo and Spain and over 350 employees. During this period I was a member of the European Executive committee, meeting monthly for reporting to group board of directors and strategic planning.

My initial engagement included creative direction and client management, where I managed key accounts and design strategy for Banca Intesa San Paolo's first 2 online trading platforms, Natuzzi Group and Divani & Divani's internet strategy and site development, Banca Antonveneta, Salvatore Ferragamo, Sisley, Benetton Group, Bottega Veneta, Gianfranco Ferrè, Prada and Miu Miu.
