Managed all aspects of architectural design and construction for this design-build construction company. Acted as both Architect and on-site Construction Superintendent. The team at Tomorrow's Builder specialized in industrial design and construction from new buildings to exacting renovations that required precise scheduling and execution of the work, especially when construction occurred around existing facilities' on-going production processes.

Managed the architectural, structural engineering, civil, and surveying departments for this multi-discipline A/E firm. Held client meetings, developed schematic & preliminary plans, set budgets and spearheaded construction document teams. Provided construction administration as needed, including meeting with owners, general contractors, major subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and ensure quality standards. Updated weekly status reports on all projects within the office including MEP departments. Oversaw drafting team and scheduled their time for all departments.

Managed architectural design and construction for this design-build construction company. Met with facility managers, plant engineers, residential and commercial clients to develop plans and specifications. Projects included civil, heavy steel & concrete structures, equipment & facilities design, commercial renovations & construction and high-end single family & multi-family residential structures. Assisted clients in site selections and funding. Coordinated construction documents with local authorities. Designed and managed construction of small and large capital improvements and maintenance projects for the Tennessee Army National Guard's (TNARNG) design and construction branch. Oversaw project acquisition and approval for federal, state and local defense projects across the State of Tennessee. Provided architectural design, construction administration and project close-out. Worked closely with all jurisdictions, facility managers, security personnel and General Contractors to ensure minimal down-time, smooth, focused operations and adherence to safety guidelines.
