Andy founded Workforce Metrics in 2009 and in 2014, Workforce Metrics was acquired by Software Europe (rebranded to Selenity in July 2017) - a leading cloud technology company.Andy has led the creation and development of ER Tracker – an innovative cloud based application that improves compliance with employment policies while improving efficiencies of managing employee relations cases.It is from Andy’s previous experience over the past 15 years of implementing HR software solutions for clients that has given him the insight and knowledge to clearly understand what clients require from a software solution.In October 2020, Allocate Software acquired Selenity including ER Tracker.
