Sales of PepsiCo’s Direct Store Delivery business (Pepsi, Lipton, Aquafina) and Warehouse portfolio (Gatorade and Tropicana) in the Mass and Club channels represent approximately $1.5B annually.Managed a group of Account Teams that call on five of the company’s top 15 “Power of One” customers, including Sam’s, Costco, BJ’s, Target, and Kmart. Delivered +3% Topline growth, outpacing total Beverage growth by +2pts. Developed and implemented an innovation process that drove +5% (+$50MM) incremental Revenue in the Club Channel. Successfully handled the negotiations with Costco to retain Gatorade exclusivity.Developed and launched the eCommerce platform for the Beverage portfolio.

Key lead for the Topline Sales, Margin Contribution and Strategic direction of the retail business in Canada, which includes both Large and Small Format segments (Grocery, Drug, Mass, Convenience) accounting for over $1.5B in sales annually.Led and developed a large group of Key Account Sales people (60+) calling on the major retail accounts in Canada (i.e. Loblaws, Sobeys, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Costco, Mac’s, 7-Eleven, Petro Canada).Created and gained alignment to major organizational restructuring in 2010 consolidating Pepsi Bottling Group, and PepsiCo Warehouse beverages. Structure still in place and successful.Delivered Topline, and Margin targets for six consecutive years despite a challenging retail environment. Expanded share leadership position by 2.2pts since 2003 in a declining Soft Drink Market.Led the launch of several new and major products and packages including Tropicana Twister, Aquafina Plus, Pepsi Max, Lipton Green Tea, and Mini Cans, that drove over $30MM in annual incremental revenue.Awarded prestigious CEO “Circle of Excellence” award as top VP Sales leader for North America (out of nine) in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
