Generalist HR Business Partner

To business partner vet practice owners in all aspects of people issues, planning, CPD, recruitment and attrition to enable each practice to grow and continually improve its performance as an independent business. To develop and deliver bespoke training , coaching and support to meet the growth needs of the team. This is a highly challenging role which requires flexibility in approach, tenacity and stamina.

Reporting to CEO. Supporting the board on all people matters. Headed up the HR function to ensure the business met their commercial objectives. Managed all ER issues. Provide outplacement support to displaced employees facing redundancy through OD. support CV and interview prep, provid training and workshop support to both individuals and groups. Manage an annual outplacment budget of c.£3m, manage contractor relationships. Build credibility and liaise with all senior managers and HR BPs to support the delivery of their business cases.

Supported regional and divisional managers through all aspects of ER. Launched Managing Performance initiatives throughout the group. Wrote and delivered disciplinary best practice workshops, improved management capability, partners 6 Regional Managers in the delivery of their objectives, supported OD change within the business. Drove the move towards strategic HR model. Covered all the North of UK and Northern Ireland and supported Colleagues throughout the entire UK.
