As the Director of Service Development at NTT's software center of excellence in Silicon Valley, I lead a lean software development team that builds Cloud-Edge software and hardware for service enablement by NTT operating companies globally. Fully involved in product development, I oversee our software development roadmap, product management, business development, UI/UX design, and GTM strategy. During my time at NTT, we've launched the SPEKTRA Edge edge IoT orchestration platform, Service Experience Insights synthetic network monitoring service, and a growing lineup of SPEKTRA Edge Appliances. I'm passionate about product creation and believe innovation teams within large enterprises will drive the next wave of business software innovation. My career began in digital marketing and transitioned to software development in 2008 when I led the development of Skype's first ad platform.
