Under his leadership, company sales, profits, cash flow, and operational metrics were improved dramatically. A money-losing company was transformed into a profitable business with substantial brand equity. Prior to Radio Waves, Andy led the successful merger of the Celwave and Cablewave brands and product portfolios into the merged company - Radio Frequency Systems- and started his own training and consulting company. He is a high-energy leader whose skills include strong teaching and training capabilities, proven ability to persuade and communicate, superior presentation skills, and brand management experience. Strategic leader with a proven history of successful growth initiatives, strong partnerships, and results-focused leadership. Writing achievements include authoring the book - "Microwave Antenna Installation & Alignment," and numerous articles published in leading publications for both the business and wireless telecommunications industries. He is also the founder and writer of the syndicated "Down to Business" column that appeared in newspapers across the country. Professor Singer is available to provide business consulting and lead training initiatives in the summer months. He is also a Partner with Aerospace BD, which provides business development, strategy, technology, and M&A expertise to aerospace and defense electronics enterprises.
