My passion runs deep for building quality relationships centered on trust with my direct team, cross-functional partners and the customers I support. I’ve found that when trust is built with consistency over time, compassion and empathy, that these relationships flourish and lead to successful results for all involved. I take great pride in being the ultimate team player and helping those around me get better. Plain and simple, be a great teammate and compete like crazy in all you do. The rest will take care of itself. I’ve been very fortunate to work for very successful companies with strong cultures that nurtured growth in every employee. The cherry on top is they had a true purpose and passion for what they do, with a customer first mindset. The people and leadership that I’ve been surrounded by in those experiences have helped me grow so much as a professional and more importantly, a person. Through these professional experiences and my past athletic career, I've learned and can can confidently say that there is nothing better and that will lead to more success as a team, than when you have healthy internal competition, where every member of the team upholds a high level of accountability, great attitude and effort. When it's all said and done, those are the things that are truly in your control, and ultimately, turn good individuals/teams into GREAT individuals/teams, who consistently win.
