Acting as one of the stakeholders for the launch of Alibaba own logistics network in Russia from scratch with a key focus on network planning, automation solutions and network efficiency:- strategic 3'years network development planning- local first mile and line-haul operations management with achievement of significant cost-per-parcel decrease- E2E logistics network cut-offs approach implementation resulted in the improvement of on-time delivery rate up to >90%- implementation of routing optimization tools and Transportation management system (TMS)- design and implementation of reusable receptacles process flows- further improvement of global sorting automation software and handover SOPs

First local PMO in Cainiao overseas network focusing on data analysis, development and implementation of localized logistics products and logistics network design from scratch.- launch of own First Mile logistics service covering hundreds of customers with significant improvement of lead times and quality of service vs existed 3pl services including couriers' software product design- acting as a PM for launch of the first Alibaba fully owned automated sorting center outside China including solution design, tendering, implementation and operations launch (e2e). Record 5 months timeline from start of the project to the operational readiness is achieved for the biggest standalone sorting machine in the country.The best Double 11 PM 2021 award.

- Evaluation of requests for financing international and national projects designed in order to improve the quality of postal services around the world- Participation in design of UPU QSF policies and procedures, administering of the fund affairs.

Management of the department consisting of 20 high-skilled specialists with a following key functions:- internal project management office, - development and optimization of Russian Post operational process,- development and implementation of facilities' design and automation solutions.Successfully led the team responsible for the development of standardized facilities' design under the primary infrastructure project of national logistics industry

- Implementation of Russian Post strategic development plan;- Contract negotiations with suppliers of sorting equipment and IT-systems, technological processes development, continuous improvement of the quality of service KPIs;- Optimisation of the last mile delivery processes in the Russian Post network, including development and deployment of the route planning and workforce optimisation software resulted in 30% efficiency increase;- Management of infrastructure renewal projects, implementation of RFID-based technologies;

- Analysis of customers’ profiles and supply chain operational set-ups, logistics processes design and optimisation, commercial offers preparation and tender bidding, contract drafting and negotiating.- Internal business processes development and optimisation, working instructions and procedures design and cascading to the staff. Operations fine-tuning during the project’s trial, pre- and post-trial P&L and performance analysis and project’s handover to the production stage;- Project documentation maintaining (detailed project plans, project schedules, estimates and status reports). Project’s team functional lead from the project’s initiation till the closure;Led 30+ projects (warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics including e-commerce, reverse logistics, etc.) for customers from various industries and internal projects aimed to costs reduction and service quality increase.
