Andy has been in business of incentive travel and meeting planning since 1987 and has sold and operated successful incentive programs and meetings for companies in a variety of industries. Formerly a partner at Incentive Connections, an incentive house which became part of Navigant Performance Group in 2004, later acquired by Carlson Marketing in 2006. Having ownership and management experience in small, medium and large incentive companies, Andy started Accelerated Performance Group in 2009, combining his experience of small company core values with larger company experience.Prior to being in incentive and meeting planning, Andy worked for Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Supermarkets General, Singer-Kearfott and ADP.Specialties: Incentive travel, specialty group travel and meeting planning
