I ensured total regulatory compliance to institute alignment with company objectives/values, customer service benchmarks (HEART CULTURE), hygiene/food quality standards, and legal requirements. I helped develop effective purchasing strategies and maintained excellent vendor relationships to secure favorable pricing. My key contributions during this tenure include:* Orchestrated aggressive turnaround of restaurant operations, garnering significant improvements in health inspection ratings, food quality, cost controls, and staff training/morale improvement. * Improved talent pool drastically at store-manager level; facilitated improvement of under performers, and recruited new talent into the organization. * Initiated Quality, Service, Cleanliness framework, and conducted thorough audits to maintain quality standards and retain clientele. * 2017 Au Bon Pain Franchisee of the Year.
