I launched the Collaborative Solutions consulting practice within The Intersect Group. As the Practice Director, I was accountable for all aspects of the daily operation of the practice, including full responsibility for developing practice offerings and services, go-to-market strategy, revenue and profitability of business unit, quality of delivered services, building client relationships, hiring and developing consultants within the practice, leading sales and business development efforts related to the practice, communicating service capabilities and offerings to sales team. I provided strategic and technical direction of the Collaborative Solutions practice at the local and national level. Primary responsibilities included designing the system architecture, project management, directing a team of system integration specialists and developers, defining the database and network architecture, implementing security control procedures, and creating procedures for changes and upgrades to the database and software systems. • Created timelines and project status reports for inclusion into the contract awarded to Systems & Methods, Inc.• Managed third party vendors supplying hardware and software solutions•Responsible for project logistics, including the movement of equipment and software systems to the Centralized Collection Operation installation site.•Ensured that the Centralized Collection Operation was implemented according to agreed upon schedules and procedures.
