Responsible for 29 crews of approximately 4 to 8 men per crew, to provide all materials needed forenvironmental, safety, and energy solutions. Purchased all materials, tools, heavy equipment,trucks, and trailers to insure projects kept on schedule. Maintained equipment service records,established safety protocol to follow insurance guidelines. Tracked all emergency credit cardpurchases. Kept up to date on DOT regulations for Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, NorthCarolina, Indiana, and New York. Located new vendors in States where we were planning newprojects to provide erosion control and safety materials. Handled emergency situations in the eventof accidents where towing or any other services were needed. Researched all labor, material &rental invoices to insure companies did bill correctly. Was able to find $28,000 in incorrect billingfrom invoices a year prior to my hire. After-which established and maintained yearly price lists forall major vendors.

Full responsibility for project procurement from initial budget to occupancy, established vendors, developed contracts for, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment and Operational Supplies & Equipment, Linen & Terry, construction materials and IT equipment.
