A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in land, property, telecoms and renewable energy. For the last 17+ years have have been specialising in renewable energy following a move in 2007 into the Renewables department of TCI and a subsequent move to Pollock Associates. I have been working at Pollock Associates for over 15 years, a niche Chartered Surveying company providing Renewable Energy advice to land owners and developers as well as Property advice to Energy companies. We focus primarily on large scale wind, solar and battery projects across the UK. I started with Savills and then Brown & Co working with Rural, Residential and Commercial Property portfolio's including sales and management. Following a move into Telecoms in 2000 I worked on various projects from site finding and acquisition to project delivery and management for most of the major operators. I worked for GPN, APT (Marconi/telent) and TCI which ultimately lead me into renewables. ISpecialities:Qualified Chartered Surveyor since 1993; Renewable energy project negotiations, management and lease compliance;Wind, Solar and battery projects; Acquisition experience in Renewables and Telecoms; Land and Property negotiations;Property Management.

As the Midlands Acquisition Manager I was responsible for 6 projects and 30 plus staff, covering site upgrades, new site finding and acquisition, planning lead projects and site share for O2, Orange and H3G. At the end of July 2002 GPN went into liquidation and I was retained by the Receivers to assist with finalising acquisition and financial matters.
