Still looking for the next challenge but slightly confused as to how I can be turned down for several jobs as an "Assessor/Trainer" for being OVER QUALIFIED !!!

Offering a wide range of driver related training within the logistics industry .Conducting LGV cat "C" and "C+E" training on both MOD & Civilian contracts as well as DCPC Training . I was employed as a Driver Trainer/Assessor at the Berkshire Brewery where my duties included:Providing ongoing training to the full-time drivers in all aspects of their work including Vehicle Roadcraft, Load Security, EU Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive Regulations, HMRC Documentation and all SWP`s relating to this contract . Responsible for carrying out bi-annual driving assessments and SAFED (Safe and Fuel Efficient Driving) training.Assessing drivers to NVQ Level 3 (Driving Goods Vehicles) .Carrying out of LGV Driver Training to selected non-driving staff.The updating and maintenance of the drivers training records database.Carrying out of workplace inductions for all new staff , both full-time and temporary.Assessment of all potential agency staff.Carrying out risk assessments at depots and new delivery locations where potential health and safety issues had been identified.I was also seconded to other depots within the contract to carry out training if there was not a suitably qualified trainer available at that site.
