Modern learners expect at their fingertips. During the last 20 years I have built up a strong understanding of how to deliver digital learning that is engaging, relevant and memorable, as well as building up knowledge on the technical side on how to best get learning digitally to those who need it.Throughout my career I have experienced many sides of digital learning, from content creation, LMS and Next Gen Learning Environment implementation, selling and buying off-the-shelf and bespoke modules. Using these skills to manage projects allows me to call on my experience of what works well, who to involve and what puts people off, so that I can come at projects with an understanding of the likely outcomes.Digital learning is constantly evolving and I like to be pioneering new approaches and challenging the status quo, whether that's a technology partner, a perception of e-learning or the way learning is accessed. There are still so many digital learning journeys to go on and new ways of learning to explore, and I'm keen to find new ways and tread new paths.
