The project was predominantly KPI (and cost driven) with ambitious Radio KPI’s at each phase, which were continually met. The network utilised various transmission methods, from fibre and microwave to Point to Multipoint. The customer was very pleased when they performed benchmarking against the other 2 operators and found that their network had the best quality. This is also an achievement considering the time frame of which the swaps were completed from a single 900 band to dual band of 900 & 1800. General duties include reporting to the GPM (General Project Manager) interfacing with the Customer, Internal Departments & Subcontractors and constantly improving timescales and quality of the rollout.
