Project Young Guns won a global competition within the The U.S. Department of State's Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund. 850 teams applied, 7 won from Europe won. The project was a innovative approach to the professional development of young people aged 18-26 with a self replicating potential of young people becoming tutors to their peers within 10 months. The then president of Slovakia Andrej Kiska took patronage over this project and participated at the final ceremony.

As big fans of the internet, marketing, data and human interactions online we did a lot of project related to previously mentioned areas (data driven online marketing and consulting). Our projects focused mainly on the political sphere (we helped dozens of politicians with the internet and online marketing during their campaigns and also in their everyday political life). We also helped several private companies to fuel their communication and online strategies. We create communities for our clients and helped our clients to understand these communities through data. QUADI won the Slovak Startup Awards competition in 2012 and did a crucial part of the product development in Sunnyvale, California. I managed to negotiate an initial investment of 300 000 Euros. QUADI is a New Paradigm in Online and Digital Security. QUADI is more than protection, it is a whole new concept of safety. QUADI is a brand new and unique copy protection technology for software developers, publishers a governments.

Part of the management (8 managers+CEO) I was responsible for smooth processes in terms of human resources in a very dynamic production company that was a B2B business directly delivering to Volkswagen Slovakia. Having our headquarters in Germany, we were constantly trying to improve the factor of workload vs having enough qualified people in the production line (over 300 people). At the same time I was closely cooperating with the 3 production lead directors who managed 3 different lines of production.

A global team of Deloitte top managers met in Prague and were trained by Deloitte Chicago and Deloitte NYC managers on developing new skills. My role: Conference idea and execution.
