Nissan ET Program - Layout of front linkage, steering column and power steering. Liaison with power steering component suppliers. Brake and clutch piping design and layout. Engine room packaging.

Nissan Micra - Layout, packaging of power steering piping
Nissan ET Program - Design of fuel tank, fuel filler pipes, pipe runs to engine compartment, fuel tank shield. Liaison with fuel sender suppliers. Layout of chassis cab mounts, cross-members and fuel system parts.

Assigned to various in-house programs as follows: -
Layout of engine components and fuel systems on engine installation program, liaison with prototype build engineers.
Design and detail of instrument panel, front and rear bumpers and various interior trim items for federalisation of Japanese-based Malaysian-built vehicle for entry into USA markets.
Extensive liaison with styling, clay modelling and prototype build.
Layout and detail of body components.

Worked in Engineering and Design Department on helicopter engine design.
Design and layout of new engine bay and ancillary componentry to accommodate new generation of engines.

Design of new truck cabs, layout and detail for build schedules.
Detail and design work on new Buick cars, packaging a larger engine into same body shell, modifications to front end valance and bonnet to allow more air to cool engine.
Package details for alternation of MIDI vans, to allow new engines into existing engine area, changing brackets, cross members and pipe work etc.
