Andy was formerly the CEO of Lumino The Dentists and Maven Dental Group. This trans-Tasman business has collective annualised revenue of approximately NZ$270 million and more than 2,000 staff who operate through well over 220 clinics across both countries.Over Andy's time at the helm, Abano’s New Zealand dental business grew from 15 to over 120 practices and he has guided the formational investment and expansion into Australia where we now have over 100 practices.Andy is a director of Lumino and Maven and also sat on the subsidiary Board's for Abano's former investments in Radiology, Audiology and Pathology.Andy obtained a conjoint Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Law. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. Andy is an experienced senior executive with a background in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking and corporate law. Prior to joining Abano Healthcare Group, Andy held positions with Carter Holt Harvey where he was Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Russell McVeagh.Andy is one of a select group of New Zealanders to be awarded the opportunity to attend the Senior Executive Programme at the prestigious London Business School after receiving a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship.
